We all have flaws and if you don't start loving your own flaws, no one else do that for you.

Yes guys, eating healthy fresh fruits and foods can actually help you lift up your mood. it also gives you better lifestyle and motivates you to do better in life. good food is equal to good life!! At least for me!!
